It’s the most wonderful time of the year – your exams! Take some of the stress out of your exams by making sure you’ve got all the essentials nailed down.
Here are our top tips for exams:
- Keep your mind and body healthy. Make sure you’re drinking lots of water, eating healthily, and getting some fun exercise in while you’re studying – your brain will thank you.
- Get yourself to your exam ahead of time. Arriving early means you can check you have everything you need and keep a calm mind before starting.
- If something goes wrong and you can’t get to your exam, let your department know straight away.
- Get to know the rules. There will be signs up outside your exam room, so don’t get caught out – no phones, no notes, and no watches.
