The second part of the student's union's Annual General Meeting will take place in George Fox Lecture Theatre at 7:30PM on Monday, March 16th.

This is a continuation of the meeting begun on October 28, which was adjourned after over-running due to a packed agenda and did not meet quorum on March 9th. Student Fabiha Askari will be Chairing the meeting and Chris Cottom will be on hand as Chairs Aid to provide guidance on policy and procedure.

All student-submitted motions were debated and voted upon, but there are still a number of agenda items remaining:

Any current Lancaster University student is permitted to attend the AGM - the event will not be ticketed, but all attendees will need to show identification, ideally a library card, proving that they are current members of the university.
