Ecohub to celebrate arrival of 16 new chickens

A celebration event is taking place to mark the arrival of 16 new chickens at our on-campus Ecohub.
The hens have been adopted by our Edible Campus Society after being rescued from a life of captivity by the British Hen Welfare Trust.
In honour of the new chickens the society is holding a celebration event with opportunity to meet the new hens, try some delicious food and drink, and relax with a nice movie in the evening.
If you're feeling crafty, pop along to the egg-painting workshop; and if you've got a competitive streak, why not try your hand at tossing the best pancake of the night?
The event takes place in the Ecohub (South West Campus) from 4-8pm on Thursday March 14.
