The Students' Union's Trustee Board welcomes three new external trustees as Tony Camp, David Morris and Richard Soper join the board

Trustees are the people who form the governing body or ‘board’ of a charity. They are the people with ultimate responsibility for directing the business of the charity. Most trustees are volunteers and receive no payment except for minor expenses. Our Board of Trustees is made up of a mix of students, elected officers and external members who can offer a different perspective and expertise.

This week the board welcomes three new external trustees to the board who will share their expertise and help guide the union through this challenging period. The new board members include alumni Tony Camp, David Morris and Richard Soper. Each of them brings a plethora of experience, knowledge and expertise to the role.

You can find out more about each of our new trustees, including a full list of representatives, the role of the board and meeting minutes here.
