Pumpkin Risotto - LUSU Green Cooking Session
In this community cooking session learn to cook a delicious plant-based pumpkin risotto – from pumpkins saved from waste in our gleaning event last week. This event is part of the Share the Harvest Campaign preventing food waste and creating fab food... We will be joined for this session by Glen from the Closing Loops Chef Network.
