We are a part of a global student organisation called Friends of MSF, who support the work of the humanitarian charity, Doctors Without Borders by fundraising and raising awareness around global healthcare crises.
The society was set up by a number of medical students in 2018. Since then, we have put on various events including inspirational speaker events from individuals who have worked at the frontline for Doctors Without Borders. The society is open to anyone with an interest in humanitarian work and global health - be it medical students, engineering students, law students, global health students, geography students or students from any course! Membership is free for all those that wish to get involved.
We endevour to give our members an opportunity to develop their knowledge of global health and the current crises happening around the world, as well as information around how they can get involved with the work of Doctors Without Borders, and what it is like to work for them.
For more information about us, and how to join our Friends of MSF society, see our social media platforms which are linked below.
