SRT Training - Saturday 15
On Saturday 15 March, LUSS will be heading to YSS, a facility designed to train cavers of all abilities in SRT. No prior experience is necessary.
SRT (Single Roap Technique) is a set of methods for ascending and descending using a rope. This skill is often used in caving when going up and down vertical cave passages.
The site is about an hour's drive away. The ticket price includes transport, entry to the facility and all necessary equipment. Please wear comfortable sports clothes and bring water, food and any medication you may require.
Please meet by Slaidburn house at 9am on Friday morning, where you will meet the drivers and exec.
