Lancaster Wall 4th May
This trip is open to complete beginners. Lancaster Wall is a fantastic place to go bouldering with a whole range of grades and styles to play on, as well as a cafe with really good hot chocolates... It's also a great chance to meet members of your new favorite club! We will be heading to Spoons when we get back at 9:30pm for food and drinks, but if anyone wants to be dropped off on campus instead that's fine.
All cars leave from campus at 6.30pm at University House.
We aim to run a group warm-up and cool-down although at the beginning and end of the evening, depending on the space available in the wall.
There will be a walking bus from outside the train station at 6pm.
If you need shoes, please let us know on the questionnaire when you purchase the tickets. An exec member will bring them, they will usually be in a crate near the training area. Feel free to ask if you can't find them.
There is a small ticket cost to cover the price of driver's car and fuel maintenance.
It costs £7.50 at a student price, so bring your student ID.
As always, if you have any accessibilty requirements, please don't hesitate to let us know (you can message any of the exec on facebook or email lumcclimbing@gmail.com) and we can do our best to accommodate them. There are gender neutral changing rooms and toilets.
