Trad Daytrip 28.5.23: Crookrise

Ayup all, another traddy daytrip. We're avoiding the Lakes with it being a bank holiday, and so are instead headed out west for some Yorkshire grit, to the superb Crookrise, which has routes across the grades. We'll leave Uni house at 9AM and will likely be out for most of the day. Feel free to bring along a little light revision!
With lots of people now getting comfortable leading trad routes, this trip will offer a number of independant trad leader tickets, where you'll be let loose to climb routes as you please, with a club leader nearby if you find yourself in need of assistance, advice or guidance. You must have led a handful of trad routes (probably around Severe) prior to this and be comfortable building belays etc.
You'll need food & water for the day, some warm layers, sturdy shoes/boots and a bag to put all of it in, along with all the other usual bits and bobs for a day out in the hills. Suncream is probably also wise.
Crookrise is short gritstone crag just beyond Skipton, with an uphill walk of 15-20 mins and a reasonably uneven base, so wear sturdy shoes. There are no toilet facilities at the crag.
