Bluminecks Intro to Dynamism (Beginners and Improvers)
We have the amazing opportunity to host an Intro to Dynamism work shop from Blumineck!!
This class is aimed towards those who are beginners and improvers!
In this class you will learn some simple dynamic moves, and look at how to build energy and character into moves you already know!
Please ensure you arrive 5-10 minutes early, and wait outside the room. No moistruing 24 hrs before, and remove all jewellery. No returns.
