- This in introductory course into Powerlifting, which is followed by a programming block.
- This course will run in person for 4 weeks, then it will be online for a fixed time. The number of times we offer the course over the academic year is subject to demand.
- The course will be run by members of our executive committee, who use their experience in the sport to teach you the basic lifts and fundamentals.
- For Powerlifting, this is the Squat, Bench and Deadlift
- This will be delivered through a mixture of in-person workshops in the gym, online feedback/group chats and the provision of basic programming.
