NON-MEMBERS Introduction to Powerlifting Program

THIS VERSION IS FOR NON-MEMBERS ONLY. IF YOU ARE A MEMBER SELECT THE OTHER VERSION OF THIS EVENT

This program will run for 8 weeks starting w/c 13th October.

 

You will learn to become strong and proficent in the Squat, Bench, and Deadlift, as well as your body building accessory movements.

 

The program has been carefully made by our development captains, who will help and advise you during your training. This may be over our WhatsApp group chat or some in person training sessions.

 

This program has been designed to lead you into our Internal Competition on December 7th, where you can show off your brand new strength in front of a crowd of cheering fans. Competing is optional, but we highly recommend it. It's great fun and a wonderful chance to give it a go without the pressure of a sanctioned competition.
