This is the Travel Costs for the Computer Science Society Trip, If you pay for this and haven't recieved an email, you will be refunded.
I understand that this is non-refundable if I miss pickup at 6am on the 11th (We recommend that you are on campus at Alexander Square at 5:40 am).

This Ticket is for purchase by authorised individuals, authorised by recieving an email from the societys email.
The Computer Science Society (CompSoc) reserves the right to for any reason issue a refund and refuse to allow an individual to compete in the competition as part of the society.
The Event, is defined as the transport, to and from lancaster university. CompSoc has no control over the events in Nottingham, any issues whilst at the University of Nottingham should be raised with the Hacknotts Co-ordinator or the University of Nottingham's Computer Science Department or University of Nottingham's Students Union.

In addition:
- Events run by societies, clubs, student groups and colleges may have additional terms and conditions. Please make sure you check your ticket details.

- Breach of conditions or any unacceptable behaviour likely to cause damage, nuisance or injury shall result in the patron being ejected from the premises.

- The Students’ Union reserves the right to alter or vary the content or timing of the whole or any part of the event due to circumstances beyond reasonable control without being obliged to refund or exchange tickets.
- The Students’ Union cannot take any responsibility for any loss or damage to personal property brought to an event.
- There will be photographers, videographers and live-streaming on site at some Students’ Union events. By purchasing tickets you are accepting that photographs may be taken of you during the event and that these may be released into the public domain; examples of uses include, though are not limited to, publication on the Students’ Union Facebook page, Students’ Union website and our publications.
