The Yule Ball 2022
❄️Come and Join us at the Yule Ball 2022!❄️
Hosted by the Lancaster University Harry Potter Society, the annual Yule Ball is our biggest event of the year, so why not join us for some festive fun!
Date: Saturday 10th December 2022
Time: Doors will open at 8:00 pm
Located at Grizedale Bar, there will be Harry Potter-themed cocktails, food will be provided and a free non-alcoholic drink upon arrival. Please do let us know if you have any food allergies, as we are trying to cater to all, when booking your tickets!
Tickets cost £6 for members and £12 for non-members, so feel free to bring your friends. Tickets can be purchased through the SU Harry Potter Society page and are currently LIVE!
Please note this event is cocktail formal, so please dress up as much as you can.
There will also be a photographer from 9:00 pm and opportunities to get your photo taken, please do let us know if you do not want your photograph taken when booking your tickets!
And most of all HAVE FUN!!

- Events run by societies, clubs, student groups and colleges may have additional terms and conditions. Please make sure you check your ticket details.

- The right of entry is reserved at all events.
- Breach of conditions or any unacceptable behaviour likely to cause damage, nuisance or injury shall result in the patron being ejected from the premises.

- Tickets cannot be exchanged, transferred or resold for commercial gain.
- The Students’ Union reserves the right to alter or vary the content or timing of the whole or any part of the event due to circumstances beyond reasonable control without being obliged to refund or exchange tickets.
- The Students’ Union cannot take any responsibility for any loss or damage to personal property brought to an event.
- There will be photographers, videographers and live-streaming on site at some Students’ Union events. By purchasing tickets you are accepting that photographs may be taken of you during the event and that these may be released into the public domain; examples of uses include, though are not limited to, publication on the Students’ Union Facebook page, Students’ Union website and our publications.
