The time has finally come. The biggest party of the year, Lancaster Medics Grad Ball 2022, lands on Saturday 25th of June.
Enjoy welcome drinks, a three-course meal, and an evening to remember at The Mill at Conder Green. Grad Ball is the perfect opportunity to create some final memories before leaving Lancs, and we can’t wait to party together one last time!
We’d like to thank Wesleyan, The MDU, Student Housing Lancaster and Doctors.net for their sponsorships toward our graduation ball.
Menu options:
There will be welcome drinks and drinks available on the tables. Would you prefer alcoholic or non-alcoholic drinks?
Starters:
- Arancini balls served with basil pesto and balsamic dressed leaves (V) (may contain wine)
- Roast tomato soup served with toasted rustic bread (V)
- Garlic and chilli prawns served with toasted rustic bread
Mains:
- Goosnargh chicken breast served with buttered spring greens, chorizo potatoes, baby roasted vine tomatoes and masked with a creamy white wine sauce
- Fillet of salmon with a lemon and dill cream sauce and served with new potatoes & tenderstem broccoli
- Butternut risotto (V)
Dessert:
- Lemon cheesecake with raspberry coulis & crème fraiche
- Mixed summery berry eton mess
- Chocolate brownie with ice cream
- Vegan brownie with non-dairy ice cream (V)
