SRT(Single Rope Technique) Training at Lancaster Uni Climbing Wall
Single Rope Technique (SRT) is the art of descending and ascending a rope which is required to access the deep dark depths of the wonderfully unique underground.
This session is designed for ANYONE of ALL ABILITIES to learn the basics of going up and down a rope, getting onto re-belays and transitions and we can also go through rigging, knots and methods etc.
The more people and interest at this session will mean that we could have regular sessions at the wall for our club :D
This will be £6pp with gear rental included, use of the wall out of hours and staff. Top value!
