Entrepreneurial Mindset - Everest Without Oxygen
Guest Speaker James Brooman, Imperial College London and speaker at Stanford. He climbed Mount Everest without oxygen support and only 1 in 200 to have ever done this.
James Brooman is an adventurer, entrepreneur, polyathlete and writer. He has cycled from the Arctic to the southern tip of South America, run unsupported across Australia, BASE jumped, and was climbing Mt Everest during the 2014 disaster. He’s even been kidnapped – twice! He is currently a founder of an outdoor sports apparel company in the United States, San Francisco. James is a former Vice President in Investment Banking at Morgan Stanley in San Francisco, and has held investor / consulting roles at Deloitte, BlackRock and Merrill Lynch. He holds a First Class Masters in mechanical engineering from Imperial College London and an MBA with distinction from Dartmouth College, USA.
