AERIAL TASTER - 16th October, 5-6 pm
Have you ever thought about trying aerial circus but weren't sure where to begin? Take advantage of this opportunity to try Aerial Hoop and Silks for free! This is an excellent way to integrate exercise into your university experience, take your mind off studying, and build strength and flexibility.
You don't need any prior experience!
During this event on Sunday the 16th from 5 to 6 pm, you will have the chance to see how we practice aerial in Lumacs and learn something new!
The Taster session will take place in Brandrigg Room, located in Cartmel College. Directions can be found here - Where is Brandrigg?
- During this hour silks and hoop will be run simultaneously for 1 hour. If you want to try out both please sign up for one event at 4 pm and the other at 5 pm. For example: Hoop at 4 pm and Silks at 5 pm. Please don't book tickets for both at the same hour!
- Entrances will be closed after 10 minutes - it is for the safety of the participants as a sufficient warm-up is needed to prevent injuries. So please be on time!
- Please make sure to be wearing comfortable clothing - gym wear is the best (ex. t-shirts, leggings, sweatpants etc) as they are stretchy and easy to move around. Clothes that cover the lower back are recommended!
- If you have any physical disabilities that may impact your ability to train please inform us before the class begins. We will do our best to accommodate you!
