Christmas Meal 2024
This year's Christmas meal will be held at the Royal Kings Arms hotel lancaster on Wednesday 11th of December. This is one of our biggest & best events of the year, so it's definitely worth coming along!
The plan for the evening is to eat good food, give out some goofy awards, and then stay in town if you want.
We do have a formal dress code in place, but we appreciate not all will have suits/dresses, so just come as smart as you can!

As we know it's not a trivial amount of money, we have two tickets. The first is a £10 deposit ticket, and is just there so we can gather your food choices for the food order. This first ticket will ask for your menu choices when you buy it, so be sure to have a look at the menu first! This is a Commitment that you will pay for, and attend the meal and must be purchased before Wednesday 4th December. The second tickets are to actually pay for your meal. These can be purchased anytime before December 8th, whenever suits you best, and are £20.
The hotel is located in town in lancaster close to the castle.
A spreadsheet will be released after the 1st December to arrange tables.
Alumni, there will be a table for you, we'd love to have you along!

- There will be photographers, videographers and live-streaming on site at some Students’ Union events. By purchasing tickets you are accepting that photographs may be taken of you during the event and that these may be released into the public domain; examples of uses include, though are not limited to, publication on the Students’ Union Facebook page, Students’ Union website and our publications.
