LUMC Christmas Meal 2021
The Annual LUMC Christmas meal is here, and it's bigger than ever!
We have a room in the Borough booked at 7 pm on Tuesday 7th of December
This is usually one of the best events of the year, and the venue always gets booked out months in advance because the food is so good, so it's definitely worth coming down!
We have a smart dress code in place, but we appreciate not all will have suits/dresses, so just come as smart as you can!

There are 2 tickets available, a DEPOSIT Ticket and a PAYMENT Ticket
The DEPOSIT ticket needs to be purchased before the start of December - Once purchased, please fill in the WIX form attached to the ticket with your menu choices and Dietary requirements (The restaurant request this!) Please note that buying the Deposit ticket is a commitment to going to the meal and paying the full amount - we just give members slightly more time to pay off the full amount as we understand some people may need to budget for it or apply to the hardship fund.
The PAYMENT Ticket then needs to be purchased before the date of the Meal. This can be at the same time as the Deposit payment, or at a later date before the meal, it's up to you.

- Events run by societies, clubs, student groups and colleges may have additional terms and conditions. Please make sure you check your ticket details.
- Unless specified by the organising group, all tickets are non-refundable.
- The right of entry is reserved at all events.
- Breach of conditions or any unacceptable behaviour likely to cause damage, nuisance or injury shall result in the patron being ejected from the premises.
- Unless specified, tickets are sold for an unreserved standing event.
- Tickets cannot be exchanged, transferred or resold for commercial gain.
- The Students’ Union reserves the right to alter or vary the content or timing of the whole or any part of the event due to circumstances beyond reasonable control without being obliged to refund or exchange tickets.
- The Students’ Union cannot take any responsibility for any loss or damage to personal property brought to an event.
- There will be photographers, videographers and live-streaming on site at some Students’ Union events. By purchasing tickets you are accepting that photographs may be taken of you during the event and that these may be released into the public domain; examples of uses include, though are not limited to, publication on the Students’ Union Facebook page, Students’ Union website and our publications.
