12:30PM - 13:30PM Chair Choreo workshop with Kat
In chair Choreo workshop with Kat you'll feel empowered to try out some slinky flow, smooth your transitions and all the wiggly sensual goodness, with the main aim of exploring something new and getting you out of your head and into your body.
Clothes wise: legs covered for floor and chair sliding and avoiding that floor burn but up to personal preference! Knee pads are recommended too if people have got them. Kat tends to wear a pole top/bralette and then fishnets or leggings with kneepads, and socks or heels.
About Kat
Kat is head over heels (sometimes literally) in love with pole dancing, chair and flow. Previously I was teaching in Edinburgh and have recently moved to the Lakes District.
