Lollipop Lyra Tricks with Lucy Lollipop
Lollipop Lyra is an innovative ground based aerial discipline that incorporates an aerial hoop (lyra) attached to the top of a freestanding stage pole. the unique fusion of hoop and pole in one apparatus creates exciting opportunities for the exploration of new beautiful shapes and transitions.
During the 1hr session students will learn a selection of Lucy’s signature lolli poses. All abilities are welcome and encouraged! From beginner to advanced there will be something for everyone. Progressions; regressions can be provided for all moves to tailor to your level. (However, it is recommended that you have at least 12 weeks pole or aerial experience)
Workshop spaces are strictly limited, so please be sure to book early to avoid disappiontment.
Please bring both shorts and leggings for this workshop!
ABOUT LUCY
Lucy has been teaching and performing pole and aerial for over 13 years, in that time she has forged a career helping people from all walks of life to fall in love with pole and aerial. She has founded several pole & aerial businesses (including her own studio & a UK Pole and Aerial Retreats business - Inversion Retreats), became the cover girl for PDC and even performed at Glastonbury Festival!
As someone who has trained various disciplines, Lucy has a unique and interesting approach to lollipop which is sure to get you hooked and keep you engaged. Working with a great emphasis on technique and form you are sure to be safe and informed too. Lucy will also be your biggest cheerleader and she firmly believes Lollipop is for everyone!
