Join the queen of splits Jess (aka Gingie) in a 1 hour stretching session. Learn more about your body and how it works in relation to pole and aerial, as well as different stretching techniques that work with your bodies natural functions to get the absolute most that you can from your flexibility. Suitable for all levels of flexibility and experience. Attend this session on its own or as a warm up for the pole workshop right after!
After stretching out your splits to the max in the previous hour, put it to good use in this Pole Splits Workshop. Suitable for those with a comfortable knee hook (from the floor, a side climb or invert). You don’t need to have your splits to make this class doable! Oh no! We are all about the fake splits and clever angles. 1 hour with Gingie and she will have you looking like the splittiest person ever.
Please note it is VITAL that you are not late, any student who does not take part in the warm up will not be permitted entry and no refund will be offered. Therefore please ensure that you arrive at least 5 minutes early and are prepared to start at the stated time.
