Welcome Walk 2021
Join us on Sunday 7th November for our annual welcome walk in the Lake District! The day will involve a leisurely 2-3 hour walk followed by food and pints in a local pub. The route is perfect for beginners with a maximum elevation of 300-400 metres and will be a great way to get to know the committee and other society members.
Timing: Set off at 10:00am and aim to be back for around 5:00pm
Cost: £5 per ticket including travel, petrol and insurance.
Location: Holme Fell (tbc. on our facebook and instagram).
Ticket sales close at 18:00 on Sunday 31st October.

- The Students’ Union reserves the right to alter or vary the content or timing of the whole or any part of the event due to circumstances beyond reasonable control without being obliged to refund or exchange tickets.
- The Students’ Union cannot take any responsibility for any loss or damage to personal property brought to an event.
- There will be photographers, videographers and live-streaming on site at some Students’ Union events. By purchasing tickets you are accepting that photographs may be taken of you during the event and that these may be released into the public domain; examples of uses include, though are not limited to, publication on the Students’ Union Facebook page, Students’ Union website and our publications.
