Our advice service

The Advice Service is here to support all students at Lancaster University, whether something goes wrong or if you need some additional support to make the most of your time here. We are impartial, confidential, non-judgemental, and can help you navigate the University's regulations and processes. We can also help put you in touch with other teams and services across the University and the Students' Union, to make sure that you get the support you need.

Our team is made up of an Advice Service Manager, and two Student Advice Caseworkers.

The best way to contact us is via email at lusuadvice@lancaster.ac.uk. Or, if you drop in to LUSU during our opening hours (typically 10am - 4pm) and an advisor is free, we can speak to you in person. We can support you via email, in person, over the phone, or via Teams - whatever works best for you.

If you're not sure what support you might need, then get in touch and we can help!
