Unfortunately, bad experiences happen, and there may be times when a student or group of students wish to make a complaint against the University.
You might want to complain about any aspect of your university experience, from problems with your accomodation, to issues with your course. we support many students through this process each year, and so if you feel that something has gone wrong, and feel you might want to complain, please get in touch with us to discuss your case.
There may of course also be times when a students wishes to complain about an experience they have had with the Students' Union directly. There is a separate complaints process students can follow in this scenario. We have a complaints procedure outlining exactly what you need to do, and what will happen with your complaint.
