A representative from Circuit Laundry, the company that operates launderettes on campus, will be in Cartmel Laundrette this Friday (February 8) at 1.30 PM to answer your questions and gather feedback about what you think of their services.
Vice-President (Welfare & Community) Emily Delaney was elected last year on a manifesto that included working to secure improvements to laundry services on campus, and has welcomed this week's visit from Circuit Account manager Steve Hooper.
Emily said: "Circuit have heard all of your complaints and concerns and now they're here to find out how best to improve the service for you. I would encourage everyone who has had problems with Circuit to come along and speak to Steve about what it is that went wrong and how we can avoid this happening in the future. They're here to listen, and we’re asking students to make the most of this and make sure that your voices are heard!"
If you are unable to make it down this Friday we encourage students to contact Steve at steve@circuitgroup.com so that the company hear from as many of you as possible regarding your experiences with their service.
