From 10am on Tuesday 28th to 6pm on Thursday 30th November, students from across the University voted to choose the leadership of their respective College JCRs and the PG Board.

 

Over the three days, 1944 students cast a staggering 14120 votes via the LUSU website. This is marked improvement on 2022, and shows a continual, post-COVID growth for the Colleges in LUSU.

This year, LUSU worked closely with Colleges, and the current 2023 JCR Executives to encourage more students than ever to put themselves forward and nominate for a position in the election. 160 students appeared on the ballot across 152 positions.

We can proudly announce that 93% of all JCR and PG Board positions are now filled going into 2024.  

Results were formally announced on Friday 1st December at LUSU’s JCR Awards and Results Event held in The Sugarhouse. You can find the breakdown of voting for all positions in the files below:
