What is the Climate Conference?

LUSU Green’s Climate Conference is a dynamic and collaborative event, aimed at creating change on sustainability at Lancaster University. The climate conference will be categorised into key themes, linked to the climate crisis, such as Food and Farming, Biodiversity and Waste. 
 

What’s in it for me?

·      Build your cv: Gain sustainability knowledge and skills
·      Learn about key climate challenges facing Lancaster University and how this relates to the climate crisis
·      Collaborate with students, staff and experts in developing potential solutions 

 

 
What will happen after the conference?

Ideas will be taken away by LUSU Green to help shape our 3-year sustainability strategy from October 2025-July 2028. For those ideas which require action by the University, we will write a report outlining top priorities and ideas for the University to implement.
