Introducing our Student Success Stories, celebrating and sharing all the amazing work our students do! 

Kicking off this new series with Furness College and Lancaster University Students' Union Mens Rugby Union Club (LUMURC) own Paris Peters who took on the almighty challenge of walking from Lancaster to Surrey in just 12 days. After his final year being cut short due to the global pandemic, he was determined to make his final term memorable...and what a way to do it! 

Throughout the 12 days he documented the whole journey over on his Facebook and Instagram pages whilst also spreading awareness for Place2Be, a charity that provide mental health support for school children and their families.  

Paris, you are a real star! You should be incredibly proud of yourself! Congratulations to you!
