Forest of the Future Maintenance & Preparation for 2019-20 Planting

The joint Lancaster SU - Lancaster University Forest of the Future project invites you to a day of tree and site maintenance on Sunday 17th November.
In preparation for further planting in November 2019 (as part of the Big Climate Fightback) and March 2020 there is some maintenance and preparation work to be done on site.
Unfortunately trees planted in March 2019 suffered from cattle damage and this session aims to rectify this damage to maximise the successful take of the trees planted earlier this year.
Event will be hosted by Lancaster University Forest of the Future Project volunteer Maggie Wild.
