Lead Rep Training
This Training is for Lead Reps who have been appointed via Faculty Forums. If you are not sure if you are a lead rep please contact reps@lancaster.ac.uk before signing up.
There are 2 time slots available. You only need to register for one.
In this session, you will cover:
- How to facilitate and support the other reps in your department
- How to be a conversation starter and moderator on Talk to your Rep teams - to gain effective student feedback.
- Review handovers form last year’s reps and consider how to action plan and make sure important student issues are considered.
- Understand rep reporting mechanisms, and the role you plan in the feedback chain.
