LUSU Green Tree Day at Forrest Hills
This event has expired or is no longer available.
Join us for another Tree Day, at Forrest Hills this time! Thank you to all the volunteers who attend our first tree session, we hope to see you again as well as any new faces!
Forrest Hills is a rewilding site where we have been planting trees since 2018. We will be transporting saplings from our tree nursery and planting them at Forrest Hills, as well as removing tree guards from trees which are already over there.
No experience is required, we will demonstrate the tasks. Tea and biscuits will be provided to keep us all going! You can also borrow gloves, waterproofs and wellies. We will meet at the ECOHub at 13:00 before walking 15 minutes to Forrest Hills. You do not have to stay for the entire session.
