Want to shoot like your favourite fantasy archer? Inspired by the Olympics to take up a competitive sport that’s slightly off the beaten track?
We cater to the whole range of interests, even if you’ve never touched a bow before!

At LUAC, we will give you all the basic training you’ll need to get going, as well as providing all necessary equipment. We offer free taster sessions at the start of each year where you can come and have a go. After that, come along to one of our Beginner's Courses in which we'll coach you through all you need to know in order to start shooting independently!

Once you've passed the course, join us for our Monday and Friday shoot sessions! Our membership costs of £40 for the year, or £20 per term! This includes the use of all of the club’s equipment, affiliation to the national archery governing body as well as further training and coaching. If you already have shooting experience then you’ll only need to pay the £40 membership fee then you can jump right in, no beginner's course required.

 

Please do not buy membership if you do not have a ticket to the beginner's course.

 

If you are not currently a student, or you would prefer to buy ArcheryGB through your own means, please purchase the 'Non-AGB' membership. We are unable to insure non-students on the club's AGB, so please contact a member of our exec if you want to shoot with us as an alumni or non-student.

All clubs that use the sports centre now need to buy a Sports Red Pass! Please ask at the front desk to purchase this to ensure you get the correct one. You'll only need one and then you can join as many sports clubs as you like. Many of the Sport Centre Gym memberships also include this Red Pass, so be sure to get the membership package that suits you!

Please make sure to have a read of the club rules and our other important club documents like our constitution before purchasing your membership.
