Description

LUPATS is a society based mainly on fun and inventive ways of moving. Although our focus is on parkour (street gymnastics focused on speed) and tricking (martial arts and gymnastics combined), we also explore ideas from many other sports.
We aim to teach and promote freedom of movement, for any level of skill. All beginners will be taught the basic vaults and rolls, and then allowed to explore anything they want to, from flips to wallruns, handstands to climb ups. 
An important part of LUPATS is overcoming mental barriers and fears. By exposing yourself to new challenges, you can grow as a person, building confidence, strength and skill 😎.

Occasionally, we organise trips to other towns/cities for a fun day out to explore a new environment.
Each year we organise an easter trip to a city that is known for it's parkour spots. It is always a great time to have fun with people and explore new places and ideas!! A perfect place to make friends.
We also organise fun activities to take part in with other societys at LU, especially our best friends at LUFitness 💪.

Sessions and Times:
Indoor sessions in George Fox foyer - Friday 8-10pm and Sunday 6-8pm.
Outdoor sessions all over the place (varying times and locations)
