Consider extending gym opening hours

Idea to extend Lancaster sport centre opening times if feasible. Extending weekday opening hours during term time from 10pm to 11pm would possibly reduce demand for equipment in the peak hours. Many university cities now have 24hr gyms that charge less than LU sport centre (for example PureGym)

    To clarify only for Monday-Thursday/Friday, not weekends

    Small step, towards the bigger goal: we need 24h gym. 3am workouts hit differently
