The Student Union should sign the armed forces covenant in line with Lancaster University to confirm officially its commitment to supporting students in the armed forces, those who are veterans or who have family in the forces. To show their commitment to recognizing the sacrifices made and honoring those who made these sacrifices to protect the ideals and way of life we enjoy at Lancaster.
