Lent Term has been another great one for food with students hosting nights at the Deli! Working with the Studentsā Union Innovation team, individuals and groups have been taught the necessary skills to run a night at the Deli, this includes things like finance and marketing.
Deli Take overs have continued with Culture Society hosting a Korean cooking night teaching others how to make Kimbap (ź¹ė°„) & Japchae (ģ”ģ±), offering hands on experience and teaching students about aspects of Korean Culture. Fooders, a group of MSc students ran a Greek Night and a German Street food night as part of their Entrepreneurship module.
Aaliya Suleman organised an Indian night which included a 3-Course Indian meal with live entertainment.
