What if I want to vote but can't make the meeting?
If you prefer, you can appoint someone else to attend and vote in your place (a proxy vote). If you would like to appoint the Chair– and you can tell them how to vote on your behalf- this can be done below and in advance of the meeting. The deadline for registering for a proxy vote is 4pm on 29th April 2021. Fill out your proxy vote here
