LUSU Activities Officer 25/26 & 26/27, Emily Houston-Woods, has been elected as a Student Trustee on the Board of English Universities Sport.

English Universities Sport is a membership organisation that provides opportunities for students in English universities to compete at an elite level. It supports a range of teams, provides expert coaching, and competes in the biennial Home Nations Tournament and North vs South Challenge Cup. 

Emily’s new role will involve representing student interests within the board of EUS and involving student perspective in projects that are currently ongoing. 

Don’t worry though – the role is voluntary! Emily will continue to represent students at Lancaster and work to improve the opportunities and experience of all members of the Students’ Union.
