From 10am on Tuesday 26th to 6pm on Thursday 28th November, students from across the University voted to choose the leadership of their respective College JCRs and the PG Board.

 

Over the three days, 2115 students cast a staggering 17067 votes via the LUSU website. This is marked improvement on 2023, and shows a continual, post-COVID growth for LUSU elections.

This year, LUSU worked closely with Colleges, and the current JCR Executives, to encourage students to put themselves forward and nominate for a position in the election. We can proudly announce that 86% of all JCR and PG Board positions are now filled going into 2024.

Results were formally announced on Friday 29th November at LUSU’s JCR Awards and Results Event held in The Sugarhouse.
