Libby takes 2nd at BUCS Championship

Libby Letchford took 2nd place at the BUCS Clay Pigeon Shooting Championships after scoring an impressive 82 out of 100. Libby, who competed in the A* category travelled to the Championship with 7 other Lancaster University team members. Lancaster men’s team also competed and took joint 9th place tied with Reading University.
Libby and the club are keen to see more women take part in the sport and hope to see a women’s team represent Lancaster University in the near future.
Training is on Wednesdays and Saturdays, Libby described it as relaxed and fun so why not go and try it out?
