In support of the students' union's Stop Housing Haste campaign our student lettings agency Living has worked to delay its 2021-22 lettings processes to give prospective tenants more time to choose their household and decide their preferred property.

In addition to supporting the Stop Housing Haste campaign, Living has secured a rent freeze across our properties, so our average rent remains under £100 per tenant per week on a mix of 46 and 48 week leases. 

Our inclusive rent package continues to include:

• Water
• Gas
• Electric
• Fibre Broadband with IT support
• TV with TV License
• Contents insurance 
• A termly cleaning service
• No deposit
• No guarantors
• No hidden fees

Living is now reserving properties for existing tenants that want to renew their current accommodation and have also begun viewings for new groups wanting to reserve properties for 2021-22. This means any potential household wanting view or secure a Living property for the next academic year can now do so.
