Do you have an innovative idea or solution to one of the various challenges the university faces concerning environmental sustainability? ⠀

Introducing the 5th annual College Sustainability Challenge! - You're chance to develop your idea with academics, staff and fellow students, with the chance of winning a share of the £1000 prize pot!⠀

All colleges are invited to put forward a team to compete in fifth annual College Sustainability Challenge. Within your college team, you will be presented with the various challenges the university faces concerning environmental sustainability and asked to come up with innovative ideas and solutions. As a team, you will need to collaborate and access the expertise of the network of academics and professional staff and students across the University in order to develop your idea. The competition will climax in week 19 (March 2020) when your team idea will be pitched to a panel of judges. The winning team will be awarded £750 with the runner-up receiving £250.

The launch event will be taking place on Thursday 30th January 2020, 19:00 - 21:00 in Bowland North Seminar Room 6.
