Ever had problems with student housing or wish you knew about the experience of other students with a landlord before you let with them?

Union President Rhiannon Llystyn Jones and Vice-President Welfare & Community Emily Delaney have been looking for ways for students to help each other by sharing their housing experiences and provide feedback that is useful for other students, which is why the union has gone into partnership with Marks Out of Tenancy.

Marks out of Tenancy is a free online platform that you can use to rate and leave feedback on a range of housing topics. From the property itself to landlords and letting agents, it has it covered.

For students searching for housing questions such as 'Is this neighbourhood good for families?' 'What's the landlord like to deal with?' 'What sort of track record does this letting agent have?' 'What's the flat like to live in?', they can all be answered before signing a tenancy agreement.

To leave a review all you need to do is sign up free of charge, leave your feedback and input the relevant information on the landlord/property/letting agency. It is as simple as that.
