Refreshers 2025

It’s time… for a refresh! 
 
New year, new you and all that jazz – and Refreshers is the perfect opportunity to get the new year off to a great start. A bit like Freshers fair, Refreshers is your second chance to learn all about life in Lancaster. From student groups and services to us lot here at LUSU, you can discover new opportunities to make your time here even better. So, whether this is your second term, or your first time in Lancaster, we've got something for you.
 
And this year, it’s a two parter! 
 
Join us in LICA on Friday 17th January from 3PM – 7PM for Part One… Then AGAIN on Friday 24th January from 3PM – 7PM for Part Two!

The Sugarhouse

Everyone’s favourite student nightclub is back and better than ever! 
 
We’ve got some absolute crackers at Sugarhouse this term, from European Takeovers, to Back to School R&B.
 
But of course, we can’t forget to mention the biggest night of the year… you alright, Cockers?!
 
Yup, everyone’s favourite furry friend, Hacker T. Dog is ready to take to the Sugarhouse stage this Wednesday 15th January for a welcome back party you won’t forget. Who doesn’t want to see his little paws hitting the decks? You can grab your tickets here, so don’t miss out!

It’s time to get those green thumbs wriggling. LUSU Green are ready to take you on a sustainability journey this term. Help build the future of the ECOHub, or get stuck into some reforestation at Forrest Hills.
