Happy A-Level Results Day! 
 

 

So, all that hard work has led to this – it’s time for uni! And if you’re reading this, you’re probably coming to Lancaster. 
 
Well, first of all, congrats on your results! And secondly, welcome! 

We’re Lancaster University Students’ Union (LUSU), your home away from home while you’re here. We support you through all aspects of university life, whether it’s through our societies and sport clubs, our student leaders, Advice Service, or even our student nightclub. 
 
You probably have many questions. About university, life in Lancaster, and how it all works now. Well, we’ve got the answers. 
 
Welcome to Lancaster is our little helping guide just for you. A huge collection of articles (around 50 of them!) that cover different subjects, and answer all of the things you want to know. Whether it’s what a Full-Time Officer (FTO) is, or how to get around town.

We know that starting uni can be an overwhelming experience – but we also want it to be fun. And that’s what we’re here for: to make sure your uni experience is everything it should be.
