PLEASE NOTE THIS SESSION IS FOR OFFICIALLY APPOINTED LEAD AND FACULTY REPS FOR THE ACADEMIC YEAR 20/21. If you are not a Lead or Faculty Academic Rep, please do not book on to this event.
This session is half of a two-part training programme (‘Facilitation & Meetings’ AND ‘Leadership & Campaigning’). Both are being held on two different dates to ensure as many Reps as possible can attend. YOU MUST ATTEND EACH SESSION ONLY ONCE.
This session is the second of two and it addresses Leadership & Campaigning. This will include topics such as how to manage volunteers, how to be self-sufficient as a Rep (what are the limitations of the role) and how to campaign.
