Edible Campus’ Veg Boxes – Important Info

What will be in your veg box ?

Veg boxes will contain produce lovingly grown by students of the Edible Campus society at the ECOHub at Lancaster University. This includes: vegetables, fruit, herbs, edible flowers, preserves and cordials. What you receive depends on what produce you choose, the amount you choose and what we have available each week.

How to order : 4 easy steps

Step 1. Choose your veg box size

We offer three sizes:

Small – 3 items (£5)

Medium – 6 items (£10)

Large – 9 items (£15)

Step 2. Choose what produce you would like in your box

The weekly produce list will be posted weekly every Monday to our Facebook page also this page.

Step 3. Message us with your order

Please ensure your order is placed by 4pm of the day prior collection (collection is on Thursdays, so please order by 4pm on Wednesdays). In your message please include:

  1. The veg box size you would like  (how many items)
  2. Which produce from the weekly produce list you would like

Once we have received your order and this has been confirmed by us, we will then reserve a box for you. Please note that we are operating on a small scale and if demand is high then we cannot guarantee to always reserve you a box, although we will always try our best.

Step 4. Collection & Payment

Pay on collection with either cash or card. We are currently offering the option to collect your veg box between 13:00-14:00 on the Thursday after your box has been reserved.

Collect from the ECOHub at Lancaster University. Full address: ECOHub, Alexandra Park Drive, Bailrigg, Lancaster, LA2 0LJ. If you can no longer collect your veg box at the allotted time, please let us know as soon as possible via Facebook and we will try our best to arrange an alternative collection time.
