Your clubs and societies

Your activity groups are at the heart of life at Lancaster.

With more than 200 clubs and societies covering a huge range of sports, activities, hobbies and causes, there really is something for everyone.

And if you can’t find the group you want we’ll give you the support you need to set it up!

Whether it’s an existing interest something completely new, our clubs and societies are a great way to get the most of out your time at uni.

Don't miss our massive Freshers Fair during Welcome Week, where you'll be able to discover and join our amazing student groups. We'll also be holding sports trials and taster sessions in Welcome Week - chance to represent the university on one of our sports teams.

 

Volunteering with your SU

Interested in volunteering? We offer loads of amazing opportunities to get involved in brilliant projects on campus and out in the community - be part of our Green Lancaster sustainability projects, work with children and young people in our Outreach Programme, join one of our Student Media teams and discover loads more volunteering opportunities from one-off projects to long-term placements.
